Lucid Design Terms of Service
Last Updated: November 2025
Governing Law: Ontario, Canada
Lucid Design Lab provides web design, web development, Webflow development, branding, content writing, SEO setup, and related digital services. By using our services, the client agrees to the following terms.
We require a 50 percent deposit before work begins and the remaining 50 percent before the final website or files are transferred to the client. All payments are non-refundable. No deliverables will be transferred until payment is received in full.
Clients must provide all necessary content and assets and ensure they have legal rights to any materials they provide. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing content or slow responses.
Each project includes two rounds of revisions. Major redesigns, additional pages, new branding, or any work not included in the original scope will require additional fees.
Once the project is paid in full, the client owns the final website and exported deliverables. Lucid Design Lab retains ownership of all source files such as Figma project files and working drafts. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise.
We are not responsible for hosting outages on Webflow or failures of any third-party services including Webflow, Figma, Google Drive, or email systems. We are not liable for loss of revenue, downtime, or legal issues arising from client-provided content.
Lucid Design Lab does not provide ongoing support after launch unless a paid support plan is purchased. We will fix bugs for 30 days after launch as long as the client has not made changes that cause the issue.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
