We collect personal information through contact forms, email communication, newsletter sign-ups, uploaded files, virtual meetings, phone calls, in-person meetings, and website analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
We use this information to respond to inquiries, provide quotes, deliver design and development services, coordinate communication, send newsletters if you subscribe, improve our website, manage project files, and prepare SEO-related elements such as sitemaps and metadata. We do not use personal information for unrelated purposes.
We use Google Analytics to gather non-identifiable website usage data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, time spent on the website, and referral sources. Google Analytics may store data on servers outside of Canada.
We do not sell or trade personal information. However, we work with third-party service providers including Webflow for website hosting, Figma for design file storage, Google Drive for file sharing, and email service providers. These services may store data outside of Canada and have their own privacy policies.
Personal information may be stored in email inboxes, Google Drive, Webflow servers, Figma storage, and internal devices. We retain personal information until you request deletion, unless required by law to keep it longer.
Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to access your personal information, request corrections, request deletion, withdraw consent, and ask how your information has been used. You can contact us to make these requests.
We take reasonable measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
